Post 22: adjusting

Not much to write today (I’m under the weather!! UGH!!!) But here is a quote I recently heard for the first time:

I would rather adjust my life to their absence, than my boundaries to their disrespect.

Adjustment is hard. It’s scary, mostly because whatever comes from it will be NEW, and new is scary. But, new and scary is also generally very (very) worth it.
